Ingredients Required-
Chickpea/ Kabuli Chana – 200 Gms
Basmati Rice- 2 cups
Whisked Curd- 1/2 cup
Onion- 2 medium size
Tomatoes- 2 medium size
Green Chili- 2
Baby potatoes- 10-12
Whole spices- Bay leaf, big cardamom, cloves, black pepper, etc.
Oil- 3 tbsp
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala- 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili powder-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coriander and Spring Onion for garnishing
